What is Crystal Reiki Healing?
Crystal Reiki Healing is a holistic healing modality that combines the healing properties of crystals with the energy healing techniques of Reiki. In Crystal Reiki sessions, crystals are placed on or around the body of the recipient to enhance the flow of energy and promote balance and healing on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels.
How will I know which crystal to use and what I should focus on?
During a Crystal Reiki session, I will begin by assessing your energy field and identifying any areas of imbalance or blockages. I may assist in selecting specific crystals based on their unique properties and your needs.
Will a distance session still work?
Yes. Distance Reiki allows you to received healing energy without being physically present and within your own personal sanctuary.
How would I know where to place the crystals?
I will direct where the energy is most needed to be focused on.. The crystals will be in alignment with the chakras or energy centers, to facilitate the flow of Reiki energy and amplify the healing effects. The crystals act as conduits for the energy, helping to clear stagnant energy, release emotional tension, and promote relaxation and well-being.
What can I expect in my session?
In our distance healing sessions, I will connect with you energetically, using visualization techniques and symbols, to facilitate the flow of Reiki energy across any distance.
As the Reiki energy flows through the crystals and into your energy field, it can help to harmonize and balance the subtle energies within the body, supporting the body's natural ability to heal itself. Crystal Reiki sessions are deeply relaxing and can help to alleviate physical discomfort, reduce stress, enhance mental clarity, and promote emotional healing and spiritual growth.
What do I need to prepare for my session?
Appointment: Once you have made your purchase, you will need to schedule your appointment. If you have purchased more than one session, please be sure to book those appointments in advance.
Comfortable Environment: Your session should take place in a quiet and comfortable environment, free from distractions and conducive to relaxation and healing. You can lay down on a yoga mat, your bed, or a chair.
Clothing: Comfortable or loose clothing is recommended in promoting relaxation and ease of movement. Nudity is not allowed in the session. If you are not fully clothe, the session will be terminated and no monies will be refunded.
Intake Form: Please expect an intake form before the scheduled session so I may gather information about your health history, any specific concerns or goals for the session, and any contraindications to Reiki treatment.
Consent: It is important to give me informed consent before the session begins. This means understanding what Reiki is, how it works, and what to expect during the session. I will answer any questions you may have.
