Our preferred shipping method is USPS.
If you prefer an alternative shipping method, such as UPS, you will be responsible for any additional costs associated with that choice.
Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments. Please ensure your email address is up-to-date to receive notifications regarding your shipments.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Please note that restrictive shipping policies apply to each product. Due to safety concerns, not all products can be returned.

If you are not completely satisfied with your products, options for replacement or refunds are available.

If your products arrive damaged, please send a picture of the damaged items to receive replacements at no additional cost.

We understand that customers may occasionally be unhappy with their purchases. However, to protect our small business, abuse of returns or damage claims will result in a ban from shopping at Servboxx.

We do not tolerate any form of abuse to obtain free products.

Reselling any Servboxx products is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized resale through other platforms, such as marketplace platforms, will result in legal action.
